高浓度CO_(2)对2株生防真菌生长与致病力的影响

摘要 为明确高体积分数CO_(2)条件对生防真菌生长和致病力的影响,以2株生防真菌玫烟色棒束孢IF-1106和白僵菌BB-1021为研究对象,测定了在不同CO_(2)浓度下2个菌株的孢子萌发率和菌丝生长速率及其对玉米粘虫和温室白粉虱的致病力。结果表明,富碳温室中高质量分数的CO_(2)(1 000 mg/kg)对IF-1106和BB-1021菌株孢子的萌发率及对玉米粘虫和温室白粉虱的致病力均无显著影响;在CO_(2)的体积分数为5%、10%、15%、20%条件下,当CO_(2)体积分数为10%时,IF-1106菌株孢子的萌发不受影响,其菌丝生长速率显著增加3.019 mm/d;当CO_(2)体积分数为5%时,BB-1021菌株孢子的萌发不受影响,其菌丝生长速率显著提高3.398 mm/d。富碳温室中高浓度CO_(2)条件不影响2株生防真菌的萌发率及其致病力,支持了生防真菌具有在富碳温室中防治虫害的潜力,进一步明确在一定体积分数CO_(2)条件下可有效促进生防真菌菌丝生长并提高其杀虫活性。 To clarify the effects of high concentration CO_(2)on the growth and pathogenicity of biocontrol fungi,the spore germination rates and mycelial growth rates of biocontrol fungi Isaria fumosorosea IF-1106 and Beauveria bassiana BB-1021 under different concentrations of CO_(2)were determined,also the pathogenicity of the two strains to maize myxozoa and greenhouse white mealworms was determined.The results showed that the high concentration of CO_(2)(1 000 mg/kg)in the carbon-rich greenhouse had no significant effect on the spore germination rates,the pathogenicity of IF-1106 and BB-1021 strains to maize myxozoa and greenhouse white mealworms when the CO_(2)concentration was 5%,10%,15%and 20%.The spore germination of IF-1106 strain was not affected at the CO_(2)concentration of 10%,while the growth rate of its mycelia increased significantly 3.019 mm/d.When the CO_(2)concentration was 5%,the spore germination of BB-1021 strain was not affected,while the growth rate of its mycelia increased significantly 3.398 mm/d.The results explained that the high concentration of CO_(2)did not affect the germination,growth or pathogenicity of the two strains of biocontrol fungi in the carbon-rich greenhouse.In this study,it was proved that the biocontrol fungi had potential to control greenhouse insect pests in the carbon-rich greenhouse,and it was further confirmed that under a certain concentration of CO_(2),the growth of mycelia of the biocontrol fungi could be effectively promoted and thus improve their insecticidal activity.
