摘要 为了保证电力变压器在电力系统中更加安全可靠地工作,需要解决变压器的剩磁问题。为此,本文介绍一种脉冲宽度调制(PWM)电压注入变压器的技术来实现削弱剩磁的目的。PWM电压是由变频器按照定频变压或变频变压进行调制与逆变产生的电压,具体方法为:先向变压器注入直流电流,使变压器磁化饱和,然后将PWM电压注入变压器一次侧削弱剩磁。Matlab仿真结果和实验结果验证了该剩磁削弱技术的正确性和有效性,为电力变压器的安全运行提供技术保障。 In order to ensure that the power transformer works more safely and reliably in the power system,it is necessary to solve the problem of the residual flux of the transformer.So a technology of injecting pulse width modulation(PWM)voltage into the transformer to weaken the residual flux is introduced.The PWM voltage is generated by the converter according to the constant frequency variable voltage or variable frequency variable voltage modulation and inversion.The specific method is to inject DC current into the transformer to saturate the magnetization of the transformer,then inject PWM voltage into the primary side of the transformer to weaken the residual flux.The Matlab simulation results and experimental results verify the correctness and effectiveness of this technology of weakening the residual flux.It provides technical support for the safe operation of the power transformer.
