广西1+X证书制度试点推进的现状、难点及策略研究——基于职业技能等级证书平台的数据分析

Research on the Status Quo,Difficulties and Strategies of the Pilot Promotion of Guangxi 1+X Certificate System--Data Analysis Based on The Vocational Skill Level Certificate Platform

文章对职业技能等级证书信息服务平台的数据进行统计和分析,从申报试点情况、报考情况和通过率等方面,描述和分析广西1+X证书制度试点建设的现状和发展趋势,揭示其中的问题及难点,从慎重选择证书申报,健全试点工作机制、经费保障机制、教师激励机制,深化课证融通,促进经验分享与资源共建共享,提高“X”证书的认可度等方面提出推进试点工作的策略。

This paper conducts statistics and analysis on the data of the vocational skill level certificate information service platform,describes and analyzes the status and development trend of the pilot construction of the 1+X certificate system in Guangxi from the aspects of the application for the pilot status,the application status and the passing rate,and reveals the problems and difficulties.This paper also puts forward strategies to promote the pilot work from the careful selection of certificate declaration,improvement of the pilot work mechanism,funding guarantee mechanism,teacher incentive mechanism,deepening the integration of class and certificates,promoting experience sharing and resource co-construction and sharing,and improving the recognition of"X"certificates.
