摘要
大数据时代对高职教师信息化教学能力提出了更高的要求,文章通过调查问卷对大数据时代高职教师信息化教学能力发展现状进行了调查,分别从现代化教学理念、信息化教学设计、信息化教学实施等7个维度对高职教师信息化教学能力发展现状进行分析,指出了目前高职教师信息化教学能力发展存在设计与实施能力、评价与反思能力、资源开发能力、创新能力的不足以及不熟悉教育科学研究方法等问题,并针对问题提出了相应的策略。
The era of big data puts forward higher requirements on the informatization teaching ability of higher vocational teachers.The era of big data puts forward higher requirements for higher vocational teachers'information-based teaching ability.This paper investigates the development status of information-based teaching ability in the era of big data through a questionnaire,and analyzes the development status of the teaching ability from seven dimensions:modern teaching concept,information-based teaching design and information-based teaching implementation.This paper also points out that there are some problems in the development of higher vocational teachers'information-based teaching ability,such as design and implementation ability,evaluation and reflection ability,resource development ability,innovation ability,and unfamiliar with educational scientific research methods,and puts forward corresponding strategies.
