摘要
针对教师队伍教育理念滞后、学生技术能力提升缓慢、企业对职业教育的参与度不够等问题,柳州职业技术学院在中德SGAVE项目的助力下,以德国职教行动理论为指导,从构建人才培养模式、创建课程体系、构建教学评价体系、培养师资队伍、构建多功能实训基地等五个维度进行德国职业教育体系本土化的构建与实践,并结合地方产业发展,在人才培养模式和课程体系上进行创新应用,最后对本土化成效进行全方位的分析总结。
Aiming at the problems of teachers’educational concepts lagging,slow improvement of students’technical capabilities,and the insufficient participation of enterprises in vocational education,Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College(LVTC)has begun to build and practice the localization of the German vocational education system,with the help of the SGAVE project,guided by the German Vocational Education Theory of Action,from building a talent training model,creating a curriculum system,constructing teaching evaluation system,training teachers,and building a multi-functional training base to build and practice.Combined with the development of local industries,LVTC carried out innovative practical applications in the talent training model and system,and finally conducted a comprehensive summary and analysis of the effectiveness of localization.
