摘要
2021年3月教育部明确了高职类“酒店管理”专业更名为“酒店管理与数字化运营”专业,此次更名紧扣国家经济社会发展新需求,符合酒店行业对人才需求的现状和趋势。文章以柳州职业技术学院酒店管理与数字化运营专业的核心课程之一—“酒店数字营销运营”课程为例,通过调整课程设置、完善课程设计、优化授课内容、改进教学方法、修改考核机制等方面探究教学改革路径,以期未来更好地完成专业升级和数字化的融入,培养与时俱进的酒店人才。
In March 2021,the Ministry of Education clarified that the higher vocational"hotel management"major was renamed"hotel management and digital operation"majors.This rename is closely related to the new needs of the country’s economic and social development and is in line with the current status of the hotel industry’s demand for talents.trend.Taking the course of"hotel digital marketing operation",one of the core courses of hotel management and digital operation in Liuzhou Vocational and technical college,as an example,this paper explores the path of teaching reform by adjusting the curriculum,improving the curriculum design,optimizing the teaching content,improving the teaching methods and modifying the assessment mechanism,so as to better complete the professional upgrading and digital integration in the future,and cultivate hotel talents who keep pace with the times.
