高压介损试验方法在套管异常处理中的应用

摘要 在变压器例行试验中,套管的介质损耗因数试验是一项常规的试验,实际运行设备的套管尤其是干式套管介损试验不合格大多数情况下都是由于套管内部受潮导致,但有一类干式套管的介损数据异常是由于套管绝缘介质极化造成阻性电流增大导致介损值增大,这类异常通常表现为介损值随着外施试验电压的升高存在下降趋势而电容值始终没有变化,对实际设备的该类缺陷处理过程进行了论述,提出了这类问题的处理方法。 In transformer routine tests,the dielectric loss factor of casing test is a routine test,the actual operation equip-ment especially dry casing pipe dielectric loss test unqualified in most cases are caused by the internal casing be affected with damp be affected with damp,but there is a kind of dry type casing dielectric loss data exception is caused by casing dielectric polarization resistance current cause the dielectric loss value increase,This kind of anomaly usually shows that the dielectric loss value decreases with the increase of external test voltage,but the capacitance value does not change all the time.This paper discusses the treatment process of this kind of defect in actual equipment,and puts forward the treatment method of this kind of problem.
