后腹腔镜手术切除肾上腺肿瘤的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal tumors

目的分析后腹腔镜手术切除肾上腺肿瘤的临床效果。方法52例肾上腺肿瘤患者,以随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各26例。观察组实施后腹腔镜手术,对照组实施常规手术。比较两组手术指标、并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间(35.42±4.33)min、术后住院时间(3.42±1.05)d短于对照组的(43.46±5.27)min、(5.06±2.11)d,疼痛评分(2.02±1.04)分低于对照组的(3.23±1.41)分,出血量(60.11±2.10)ml少于对照组的(132.15±14.31)ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率7.69%(2/26)低于对照组的46.15%(12/26),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.7744,P<0.05)。结论通过后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤能够实现微创治疗的原则,并发症相对较少,值得在临床推荐。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal tumors.Methods A total of 52 patients with adrenal tumors were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.The observation group performed retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery,and the control group performed conventional surgery.The surgical indicators and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(35.42±4.33)min and postoperative hospitalization time(3.42±1.05)d of the observation group were shorter than(43.46±5.27)min and(5.06±2.11)d of the control group;the pain score(2.02±1.04)points of the observation group was lower than(3.23±1.41)points of the control group;the blood loss(60.11±2.10)ml of the observation group was less than(132.15±14.31)ml of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 7.69%(2/26),which was lower than 46.15%(12/26)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.7744,P<0.05).Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal tumors can achieve the principle of minimally invasive treatment with relatively few complications,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
