腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of benign ovarian tumor

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的临床效果。方法60例良性卵巢肿瘤患者,通过抽签法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组实施常规开腹手术治疗,观察组实施腹腔镜卵巢剥除术治疗。比较两组患者的手术指标、卵巢功能[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)]。结果观察组患者的手术时间(77.23±4.34)min、术后排气时间(13.52±1.23)h和住院时间(4.83±0.51)d均短于对照组的(85.36±5.21)min、(22.54±2.26)h、(9.16±0.84)d,术中出血量(65.24±3.74)ml少于对照组的(100.63±6.75)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组患者的FSH(8.44±1.23)mIU/ml、E_(2)(95.82±2.32)pg/ml、AMH(1.43±0.21)ng/ml均低于对照组的(10.62±1.35)mIU/ml、(116.48±2.33)pg/ml、(1.64±0.31)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤患者的效果明显比传统开腹手术更好,可以减轻患者的机体损伤,维持患者具有良好的卵巢功能,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of benign ovarian tumor.Methods A total of 60 patients with benign ovarian tumors were divided into the observation group and the control group by lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovariectomy.The surgical indicators and ovarian function indicators[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2)),anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)]were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(77.23±4.34)min,postoperative exhaust time(13.52±1.23)h and hospitalization time(4.83±0.51)d of the observation group were shorter than(85.36±5.21)min,(22.54±2.26)h and(9.16±0.84)d of the control group;the intraoperative blood loss(65.24±3.74)ml of the observation group was less than(100.63±6.75)ml of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the FSH(8.44±1.23)mIU/ml,E_(2)(95.82±2.32)pg/ml and AMH(1.43±0.21)ng/ml in the observation group were lower than(10.62±1.35)mIU/ml,(116.48±2.33)pg/ml and(1.64±0.31)ng/ml in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is significantly more effective than traditional open surgery in treating patients with benign ovarian tumors,which can reduce the organism damage and maintain patients with good ovarian function.It is worth recommending.
