牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effect of periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontitis

目的分析牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎的效果。方法92例牙周炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各46例。对照组采取牙周组织再生术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合口腔正畸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况、牙周指数[牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)]。结果观察组治疗总有效率100.00%高于对照组的91.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组GI、SBI、PLI、PD、CAL分别为(0.30±0.15)分、(1.80±0.20)分、(0.95±0.20)分、(2.70±0.20)mm、(1.78±0.30)mm,均低于对照组的(0.60±0.20)分、(2.15±0.30)分、(2.45±0.25)分、(3.15±0.23)mm、(2.28±0.50)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周组织再生术与口腔正畸联合治疗牙周炎效果理想、安全性高,促进牙周指数改善。

Objective To analyze the effect of periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontitis.Methods A total of 92 patients with periodontitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 46 cases.The control group was treated with periodontal tissue regeneration,and the observation group was combined with orthodontic treatment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,complication rate,periodontal indexes[gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI),probing depth(PD),clinical attachment loss(CAL)].Results The total effective rate 100.00%in the observation group was higher than 91.30%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in complication rates between the two groups(P>0.05).The GI,SBI,PLI,PD,CAL were(0.30±0.15)points,(1.80±0.20)points,(0.95±0.20)points,(2.70±0.20)mm,and(1.78±0.30)min the observation group,which were lower than(0.60±0.20)points,(2.15±0.30)points,(2.45±0.25)points,(3.15±0.23)mm,and(2.28±0.50)mm in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of periodontal tissue regeneration and orthodontic therapy is ideal and safe for the treatment of periodontitis,and can promote the improvement of the periodontal index.
