美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭的临床效果研究

Study on the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with irbesartan in the treatment of heart failure

目的探究美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。方法120例心力衰竭患者,随机分为A组及B组,每组60例。A组行常规内科治疗,B组在A组的基础上给予美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后的左心室壁厚度。结果B组患者的总有效率95.00%高于A组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的左心室壁厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,B组患者的左心室壁厚度(14.25±0.12)mm小于A组的(15.25±0.23)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔、厄贝沙坦联合用药方案对心力衰竭患者具有相对较高的临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with irbesartan in the treatment of heart failure.Methods A total of 120 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 60 cases in each group.Group A received conventional medical treatment,and group B was treated with metoprolol combined with irbesartan on the basis of group A.The clinical efficacy,and left ventricular wall thickness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.00%of group B was higher than 83.33%of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in left ventricular wall thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular wall thickness(14.25±0.12)mm of group B was smaller than(15.25±0.23)mm of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with irbesartan has relatively high clinical efficacy in patients with heart failure,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
