早期应用小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米治疗心力衰竭的疗效

Efficacy of early application of low-dose dopamine combined with furosemide in the treatment of heart failure

目的分析早期应用小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法50例心力衰竭患者,根据入院顺序分为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组予以呋塞米治疗,观察组予以小剂量多巴胺+呋塞米治疗。比较两组治疗前后的心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]、不良反应发生率、治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组LVEF(40.23±12.63)%高于对照组的(33.46±4.60)%,LVEDD(43.01±4.96)mm小于对照组的(51.02±5.88)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率12.00%低于对照组的36.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对心力衰竭患者期间,早期使用小剂量多巴胺+呋塞米治疗对心功能改善具有积极意义,安全性较高,可以积极推广。

Objective To anlayze the clinical efficacy of early application of low-dose dopamine combined with furosemide in the treatment of heart failure.Methods A total of 50 patients with heart failure were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with furosemide,and the observation group was treated with lowdose dobutamine and furosemide.Both groups were compared in terms of cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD)],incidence of adverse effects,and therapeutic effect.Results After treatment,the LVEF(40.23±12.63)%of the observation group was higher than(33.46±4.60)%of the control group,and the LVEDD(43.01±4.96)mm was smaller than(51.02±5.88)mm of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 12.00%in the observation group was lower than 36.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 96.00%in the observation group was higher than 72.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of patients with heart failure,early use of low-dose dopamine and furosemide treatment has positive significance for the improvement of cardiac function,with high safety,which can be actively promoted.
