胺碘酮联合普罗帕酮治疗心律失常的效果及对不良反应的影响探讨

Effect of amiodarone combined with propafenone on the treatment of arrhythmia and its influence on the adverse reactions

目的讨论胺碘酮联合普罗帕酮治疗心律失常的效果及对不良反应的影响。方法92例心律失常患者,以随机方法分为观察组与对照组,各46例。对所有患者均开展相关基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗上给予普罗帕酮治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上服用胺碘酮治疗。比较两组治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.48%高于对照组的76.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率10.87%与对照组的6.52%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对心律失常患者通过胺碘酮联合普罗帕酮治疗可以有效提升治疗效果,而且具有较高的用药安全性,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss the effect of amiodarone combined with propafenone on the treatment of arrhythmia and its influence on the adverse reactions.Methods A total of 92 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 46 cases.All patients underwent relevant basic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with propafenone,and the observation group was treated with amiodarone on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.48%in the observation group was higher than 76.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.87%,which was not statistically significant compared with 6.52%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with arrhythmia,amiodarone combined with propafenone treatment can effectively improve the therapeuti effect rate of patients,and has high drug safety,which is worthy of recommendation.
