苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of levamlodipine besylate combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension

目的探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法106例高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予缬沙坦治疗。比较两组患者不良反应发生率及治疗前后血压、心率变化情况。结果观察组不良反应发生率为5.66%,低于对照组的33.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组心率、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心率、DBP、SBP优于治疗前,且观察组心率(81.54±11.87)次/min、DBP(86.84±8.67)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、SBP(119.49±8.67)mm Hg优于对照组的(92.32±11.36)次/min、(112.98±9.87)mm Hg、(133.45±9.87)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压,不仅能够降低患者的血压水平,而且能够改善不良反应发生情况,提高临床治疗效果,同时也具有较高的安全性,有利于患者恢复健康,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 106 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levamlodipine besylate,and the observation group was treated with valsartan on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions and changes in blood pressure and heart rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.66%,which was lower than 33.96%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in heart rate,diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and systolic blood pressure(SBP)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate,DBP and SBP of the two groups were better than those of this group before treatment;the heart rate(81.54±11.87)beats/min,DBP(86.84±8.67)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),and SBP(119.49±8.67)mm Hg of the observation group were better than(92.32±11.36)times/min,(112.98±9.87)mm Hg,(133.45±9.87)mm Hg of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate in combination with valsartan for the treatment of hypertension can not only lower the blood pressure level of patients,but also lower the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the clinical effect.At the same time,it also has high safety and is beneficial to the recovery of the patient’s health.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
