埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的效果对比

Comparison of effect of esomeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer

目的研究埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑用于临床治疗胃溃疡的效果。方法120例胃溃疡患者,以随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,各60例。所有患者均行基础治疗,对照组外加奥美拉唑治疗,实验组外加埃索美拉唑治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状缓解时间、临床相关指标、不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组反酸、腹胀、腹痛、嗳气的缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组溃疡愈合时间(11.3±0.9)d短于对照组的(17.6±1.3)d,溃疡完全治愈时间(18.5±2.3)d短于对照组的(23.6±2.7)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率6.67%(4/60)低于对照组的25.0%(15/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.566,P<0.05)。结论以埃索美拉唑为主方案治疗胃溃疡比奥美拉唑更有效果,极大提升患者的生存质量,建议在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of esomeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 120 patients with gastric ulcer were divided into experimental group and control group by random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.All patients received basic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with omeprazole,and the experimental group was treated with esomeprazole.The therapeutic effect,symptom relief time,clinical related indicators,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 98.33%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of acid reflux,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,and belching in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ulcer healing time(11.3±0.9)d in the experimental group was shorter than(17.6±1.3)d in the control group,and the time to complete ulcer healing(18.5±2.3)d was shorter than(23.6±2.7)d in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.67%(4/60)in the experimental group was lower than 25.0%(15/60)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.566,P<0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole is more effective than omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer,which can greatly improve the quality of life of patients,and it is recommended to be widely promoted and used in clinical practice.
