保妇康栓治疗孕妇念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效观察

Effect of Baofukang suppository on candida vaginitis in pregnant women

目的探讨保妇康栓治疗孕妇念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法60例念珠菌性阴道炎孕妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用硝呋太尔片治疗,观察组采用保妇康栓治疗。比较两组治疗后并发症发生情况及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组并发症发生率为13.33%低于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对孕妇阴道炎的临床治疗中,保妇康栓具有较高的应用价值,降低孕妇疾病痛苦度,提升孕妇临床治疗疗效,稳定生命安全,值得推广和应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Baofukang suppository on candida vaginitis in pregnant women.Methods A total of 60 pregnant women with candidal vaginitis as research subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifuratel tablets,and the observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository.The complication rates and therapeutic effects after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the complication rate 13.33%of the observation group was lower than 50.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 96.67%in the observation group was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baofukang suppository has high application value in clinical treatment of vaginitis in pregnant women,and it can reduce the pain of pregnant women,improve the clinical treatment effect of pregnant women,stabilize their life safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
