卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素对瘢痕子宫剖宫产患者产后出血的影响

Effect of carboprost methylate suppository combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage in patients with cesarean section of scar uterus

目的探讨分析卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素对瘢痕子宫剖宫产患者产后出血的影响。方法80例瘢痕子宫剖宫产患者作为研究对象,使用随机分配的方法分为甲组以及乙组,每组40例。甲组预防使用缩宫素,乙组预防使用卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素。比较两组患者出血量以及第三产程时间、产后不良反应发生情况。结果乙组患者术中出血量(175.53±29.01)ml、产后2 h出血量(148.11±32.47)ml、产后24 h出血量(251.32±55.44)ml均少于甲组的(285.12±39.11)、(245.64±46.33)、(353.72±62.84)ml,且第三产程时间(8.11±1.11)min短于甲组的(14.23±1.33)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组患者产后不良反应发生率7.5%(3/40)低于甲组的25.0%(10/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瘢痕子宫剖宫产患者使用卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素可促进患者的子宫收缩,从而在一定程度上预防产后出血,具有较高的安全性以及可靠性,值得推广。

Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of carboprost methylate suppository combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage in patients with cesarean section of scar uterus.Methods 80 patients with cesarean section of scar uterus were studied and were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 40 patients in each group.Group A was prophylactically treated with oxytocin,and group B was prophylactically treated with carboprost methylate suppository and oxytocin.The blood loss,time of the third stage of labor and occurrence of postpartum adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss(175.53±29.01)ml,2 h postpartum blood loss(148.11±32.47)ml,and 24 h postpartum blood loss(251.32±55.44)ml in group B were less than(285.12±39.11),(245.64±46.33),and(353.72±62.84)ml in group A,and the time of the third stage of labor(8.11±1.11)min was shorter than(14.23±1.33)min in group A.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum adverse reactions 7.5%(3/40)in group B patients was lower than 25.0%(10/40)in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost methylate suppository in combination with oxytocin can effectively promote the uterine contraction of pregnant women and prevent postpartum hemorrhage to a certain extent,which has high safety and reliability,and is worthy of promotion.
