免疫三氧血联合前列地尔和硫辛酸治疗老年2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of immuno-ozone combined with alprostadil and lipoic acid in the treatment of atherosclerotic occlusion of lower extremities in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的观察免疫三氧血联合前列地尔和硫辛酸治疗老年2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞的疗效。方法60例老年2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组采取免疫三氧血+前列地尔和硫辛酸治疗,对照组采取前列地尔和硫辛酸治疗。比较两组治疗前后足背动脉血流量踝肱指数(ABI)、足背动脉血流量变化及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组ABI、足背动脉血流量均高于治疗前,且观察组分别为(0.95±0.21)、(63.29±6.32)ml/min,高于对照组的分别为(0.76±0.24)、(50.38±5.47)ml/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫三氧血联合前列地尔和硫辛酸治疗老年2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞,对患者下肢血液循环改善作用显著,效果可靠,可在临床广泛推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of immuno-ozone combined with alprostadil and lipoic acid in the treatment of atherosclerotic occlusion of lower extremities in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 cases of elderly diabetes mellitus patients with atherosclerotic occlusion of lower extremities were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with immuno-ozone,alprostadil and lipoic acid,and the control group was treated with alprostadil and lipoic acid.The changes of ankle-brachial index(ABI)and dorsal foot artery blood flow before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,ABI and dorsal foot artery blood flow of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group(0.95±0.21)and(63.29±6.32)ml/min were higher than(0.76±0.24)and(50.38±5.47)ml/min of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than 70.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of immuno-ozone,alprostadil and lipoic acid has a reliable effect in the treatment of atherosclerotic occlusion of lower extremities in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and it can significantly improve the blood circulation of the lower extremities of patients,which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
