康柏西普联合综合疗法治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of conbercept combined with comprehensive therapy for neovascular glaucoma

目的探究康柏西普联合综合疗法对新生血管性青光眼的治疗效果。方法40例新生血管性青光眼患者,通过抽签(奇偶数)法分为观察组与对照组,每组20例。对照组采用玻璃体腔治疗+复合式小梁切除术综合疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合康柏西普治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后视力、眼压、散光度及并发症(高眼压、角膜水肿、前房积血、前房渗出)发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者视力、眼压、散光度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者视力高于本组治疗前,眼压、散光度均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者视力(0.90±0.25)高于对照组的(0.74±0.22),眼压(11.82±1.62)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、散光度(0.82±0.31)D低于对照组的(13.43±1.46)mm Hg、(1.02±0.28)D,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率15.00%明显低于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用康柏西普联合玻璃体腔治疗+复合式小梁切除术综合疗法对新生血管性青光眼进行治疗可以促进患者视力、眼压和散光的恢复,而且能降低并发症发生率,值得推荐。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of conbercept combined with comprehensive therapy for neovascular glaucoma.Methods A total of 40 patients with neovascular glaucoma were divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method(odd and even number),with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vitreous cavity therapy and compound trabeculectomy,and the observation group was treated with conbercept on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of visual acuity,intraocular pressure,astigmatism and complications(high intraocular pressure,corneal edema,anterior chamber hemorrhage,anterior chamber effusion)occurred before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in visual acuity,intraocular pressure,astigmatism between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity of the two groups was higher than that of this group before treatment,and the intraocular pressure and astigmatism were lower than those of this group before treatment;and the visual acuity(0.90±0.25)of the observation group was higher than(0.74±0.22)of the control group,the intraocular pressure(11.82±1.62)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and astigmatism(0.82±0.31)D were lower than(13.43±1.46)mm Hg and(1.02±0.28)D of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 15.00%in the observation group was significantly lower than 50.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of conbercept combined with vitreous cavity therapy and compound trabeculectomy for neovascular glaucoma can promote the recovery of vision,intraocular pressure and astigmatism,and reduce the complication rate,which is worthy of recommendation.
