八珍颗粒联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗风湿性多肌痛的临床疗效和安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety of Bazhen Granule combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in treating rheumatic polymyalgia

目的探究八珍颗粒联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗风湿性多肌痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法100例风湿性多肌痛患者,根据随机分组法分为对照组及观察组,各50例。对照组采取泼尼松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取八珍颗粒联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗。对比两组活动性评分、治疗效果、红细胞沉降率(ESR)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及不同时间段泼尼松用量。结果治疗后,观察组活动性评分为(3.25±1.02)分,低于对照组的(9.22±1.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率98%高于对照组的74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组ESR(28.25±1.52)mm/h、CRP(9.25±1.42)mg/L低于对照组的(37.52±1.44)mm/h、(18.52±1.89)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周,观察组泼尼松用量为(13.52±1.02)mg/d,与对照组的(13.28±1.82)mg/d对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、8、12周,观察组泼尼松用量分别为(11.02±1.02)、(5.22±1.02)、(2.35±1.02)mg/d,均少于对照组的(13.52±1.78)、(11.73±1.52)、(8.52±1.52)mg/d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八珍颗粒联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗风湿性多肌痛的临床疗效十分显著,且安全性高,值得研究和推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Bazhen Granule combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in treating rheumatic polymyalgia.Methods A total of 100 patients with rheumatic polymyalgia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone,and the observation group was treated with Bazhen Granules combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of activity score,therapeutic effect,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)and the dosage of prednisone in different time periods.Results After treatment,the activity score of the observation group was(3.25±1.02)points,which was lower than(9.22±1.52)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 98%of the observation group was higher than 74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ESR(28.25±1.52)mm/h and CRP(9.25±1.42)mg/L of the observation group were lower than(37.52±1.44)mm/h and(18.52±1.89)mg/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the dosage of prednisone in the observation group was(13.52±1.02)mg/d,which was not statistically significant compared with(13.28±1.82)mg/d in the control group(P>0.05).After 4,8,and 12 weeks of treatment,the dosage of prednisone in the observation group were(11.02±1.02),(5.22±1.02),(2.35±1.02)mg/d,which were less than(13.52±1.78),(11.73±1.52),(8.52±1.52)mg/d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bazhen Granule combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction has a significant clinical effect and high safety in treating rheumatic polymyalgia,which is worthy of research and promotion.
