深圳市黄颡鱼兽药残留状况分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了了解深圳市黄颡鱼兽药残留状况,促进深圳市黄颡鱼质量安全可持续发展。采集黄颡鱼100批次,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法对黄颡鱼样品中多种兽药残留进行定量检测,并对检测结果进行分析和评价。结果表明,在深圳市黄颡鱼中共检出4种兽药,部分黄颡鱼样品检出隐色孔雀石绿和呋喃唑酮2种禁用兽药,恩诺沙星和环丙沙星作为限用类兽药,检出率分别为35%和40%,且有4批次样品检测结果超过了国家标准规定的限量值(100μg/kg),为不合格样品。 In order to understand the veterinary drug residues status of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in Shenzhen,and promote the sustainable development of the quality and safety of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in Shenzhen,100 batches of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco were collected,and a variety of veterinary drug residues in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco samples were quantitatively detected by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and the detection results were analyzed and evaluated.A total of 4 veterinary drugs were detected in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in Shenzhen.The test results showed that leuco malachite green and furazolidone were detected in some samples,which were prohibited veterinary drugs.Enroflox-acin and ciprofloxacin were used as restricted veterinary drugs,the detection rate was 35% and 40%,respectively,and the test results of 4 batches of samples exceeded the limit value(100μg/kg)stipulated by the national standard,which were unqualified samples.
