摘要 目前碳排放量比较严重的就是交通运输行业了,所以对于这一行业的碳排放控制和整理非常的有必要。随着各地交通运输需求的日益增长,单一运输方式已无法满足运输要求。有关研究表明,多式联运的运输模式表现为环境友好型,在有效降低运输成本的同时,还能减少运输时间,对降低运输碳排放量和减缓温室效应也有十分重要的意义。本文首先分析了多式联运过程中的不确定因素,并建立了不确定条件下多式联运多目标模型;然后,在明确多式联运过程中各运输方式的单位运输成本、单位转运成本、单位碳排放量和转运碳排放量等,并通过引入碳税制度,建立考虑碳成本的多式联运路径优化模型;最终,考虑时间限制约束条件,采用软时间窗策略构建多式联运路径优化模型。将以上模型结合建立一个以运输成本、时间成本和碳排放成本之和最小为目标的不确定条件下低碳快捷货运路径优化模型,再用实例对该模型的实用性和有效性进行验证。 At present,the most serious carbon emission is the transportation industry,so it is necessary to control and sort out the carbon emission of this industry.With the increasing demand of transportation,a single mode of transportation can not meet the transportation requirements.Relevant studies show that the multimodal transportation mode is environment-friendly.It can not only reduce transportation cost effectively,but also reduce transportation time,which is of great significance to reduce transportation carbon emissions and mitigate the greenhouse effect.In this paper,the uncertain factors in the process of multimodal transportation are analyzed firstly,and the multi-objective model of multimodal transportation under uncertain conditions is established.Then,the unit transportation cost,unit transfer cost,unit carbon emission and transportation carbon emission of each transportation mode in the process of multimodal transportation are clarified,and the optimization model of multimodal transportation route considering carbon cost is established by introducing the carbon tax system.Finally,the soft time window strategy is adopted to construct the multimodal transportation route optimization model considering the time constraints.The above models are combined to establish a low-carbon fast freight route optimization model under uncertain conditions,aiming at minimizing the sum of transportation cost,time cost and carbon emission cost,then the practicality and effectiveness of the model are verified by examples.
