摘要 某超高层项目外墙建筑构造做法变更,外墙搭设由爬架修改为钢管外架。考虑工期情况,决定将外架从下至上逆拆除,通过逆拆除施工方法,既能够实现外墙的提前穿插施工,又能减少项目钢管租赁费用,产生较大的经济效益。该施工需要在安全的条件下拆除悬挑工字钢并修补外墙。结合实际情况,提出设置一种整体工具式的操作平台,该平台安装和拆除简单便捷,拆除工字钢及修补洞口安全可靠。拆除平台后的螺杆洞口从室内灌注砂浆封堵即可,杜绝外墙蜘蛛人作业,不仅降低了施工成本,也杜绝了施工作业的风险,符合以人为本的安全生产管理理念,为后续工程建设提供了借鉴。 The construction method of exterior wall of a super high-rise project is changed,and the erection of exterior wall is changed from climbing frame to steel tube frame.Considering the construction period,it is decided to demolish the outer frame from the bottom to the top.Through the construction method of reverse demolition,it can not only realize the construction of the outer wall in advance,but also reduce the project steel pipe rental,and produce greater economic benefits.It is necessary to remove the overhanging I-beam and repair the external wall under safe conditions.Combined with the actual situation,it is proposed to set up an integral tool type operation platform,which is simple and convenient to install and remove,and safe and reliable to remove I-beam and repair hole.The screw hole after the removal of the platform can be sealed from the indoor grouting mortar to eliminate the spider man operation on the external wall,which not only reduces the construction cost,but also eliminates the construction risk,which is in line with the people-oriented safety production management concept and provides a reference for the follow-up project construction.
