验收职责移交下建筑消防工程竣工验收研究——以蒙自新百大棚户区改造项目为例

Study on the Completion Acceptance of Building Fire Protection Engineering under the Transfer of Acceptance Responsibility--A Case of Mengzi Xinbai Shanty Town Renovation Project

建筑消防工程贯穿建筑主体结构建设全过程,涉及的施工环节多、周期长。建设主管部门承担建设工程消防设计审查验收的职责后,加强了对消防工程施工过程的监管力度,强化了参建主体的责任。基于此,本文提出验收职责移交背景下,建筑消防工程竣工验收研究,以蒙自新百大棚户区改造为例,对审查验收与竣工验收进行调整,增加竣工验收条件。在此基础上,基于层次分析法构建竣工验收层次分析模型,设定竣工验收等级,并构造建筑消防工程竣工验收等级计算公式,进行建筑消防工程的竣工验收工作。验收结果显示,应用该方法获得的竣工验收结果,符合蒙自新百大棚户区改造项目实际情况,证实了该方法的有效性。

Building fire protection projects run through the main structure of the building,involving many construction links and long periods.After the competent construction department assumed the responsibility of review and acceptance of the fire protection design of construction projects,they strengthened the supervision of the construction process of fire protection projects and strengthened the main responsibility of the parties participating in the construction.Based on this,a study on the completion acceptance of building fire protection projects under the background of the transfer of acceptance responsibilities is proposed.Taking the reconstruction of Mengzi Xinbai large shanty towns as an example,the review and acceptance and the completion acceptance were adjusted,and the completion acceptance conditions were increased.On this basis,based on the analytic hierarchy process,the completion acceptance level analysis model is constructed,the completion acceptance level is set,and the calculation formula for the completion acceptance level of building fire protection engineering is constructed to carry out the completion acceptance of building fire protection engineering.The acceptance results show that the completion acceptance results obtained by applying the proposed method are in line with the actual situation of Mengzi Xinbai large shantytown renovation project,which confirms the effectiveness of the proposed method.
