中国共产党人精神谱系的生成机理探析——以特区精神为例

An Analysis of the Formation Mechanism of the Chinese Communists’Spiritual Pedigree——Take the Spirit of the Special Zone as an Example

中国共产党人精神谱系的生成呈现出实践生成和观念生成两个方面的过程,特区精神的生成典型地体现了这一双重过程。在实践生成中,特区建设的特殊事件逻辑孕育了特区个性化的精神特质,包括:特区承载的特殊使命任务,决定特区精神的本质要求是创新求变;特区面临的特殊困难与挑战,决定特区精神的显著特征是“敢”字当头;特区长期面对其他地区鲜有的正当性质疑,决定特区精神的关键要义是坚持发展是硬道理;特区所具有的特殊社会结构,决定特区精神的鲜亮底色是包容性的人民至上价值取向。在实践生成的人地逻辑中,中国共产党员、地域文化传统、新型移民等三种主体精神特质形塑了特区精神的内在动力。在特区精神的观念建构过程中,特区精神既具有独特的中央地方互动的政治化建构过程,又具有鲜明的政府社会互动的社会化建构过程。

The formation of the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists presents two processes:the forma⁃tion of practice and the formation of ideas.The formation of the spirit of the special zone typically embod⁃ies this dual process.In practice,the special event logic of the construction of the special zone has bred the personalized spiritual characteristics of the special zone,including:the special mission and task car⁃ried by the special zone determines that the essential requirement of the special zone spirit is innovation and change;the special difficulties and challenges faced by the special zone determine that the remark⁃able feature of the spirit of the special zone is the word“dare;”for a long time,the special zones have faced doubts about the legitimacy that rarely questioned in other regions,which determines that the key to the spirit of the special zone is to insist that development is the last word;the special social structure of the special zone determines that the bright background of the special zone spirit is the inclusive people first value orientation.In the man⁃land logic generated in practice,the three main spiritual characteristics of the Communist Party of China,regional cultural traditions,and new⁃type immigrants have shaped the in⁃ner power of the spirit of the special zone.In the conceptual construction process of the spirit of the special zone,the spirit of the special zone has both a unique politicized construction process of interaction be⁃tween the central and local governments,and a distinct social construction process of social interaction be⁃tween the government and society.
