Research on Application of Customs Statistics Service Based on Blockchain Technology

海关统计数据包含进出口环节丰富信息,对其他政府部门间优化协同监管、国际贸易各市场主体拓展商业价值具有重要意义。本文探索应用区块链技术,将海关统计数据以安全可靠的形式上链,一方面,与外汇、税务等政府部门数据实时响应,实现监管部门间现有数据共享模式的再升级,实现“让数据多跑路,让企业少跑腿”,促进口岸营商环境持续提高。另一方面,通过区块链数据加密验证等技术,在有效保护企业商业秘密的同时,为企业提供数据验证、资信认证等数据增值服务,为企业融资增信、开拓市场提供有力支撑,服务国家外贸发展大局。

Customs statistics contains rich information on import and export sections,which is of great signifi cance to the optimization and coordination of supervision among other government departments and the expansion of commercial value of various market bodies in international trade.This study explores the application of blockchain technology to upload customs statistics to the chain in a safe and reliable form.On the one hand,it responds in real time with data from foreign exchange,taxation and other government departments,and realizes the re-upgrade of the existing data sharing model between regulatory departments,so as to realize“allowing data to do more and enterprises to do less”,and promote the continuous improvement of the port business environment.On the other hand,through blockchain data encryption verifi cation and other technologies,while eff ectively protecting the business secrets of enterprises,it provides data value-added services such as data verifi cation and credit certifi cation for enterprises,provides strong support for enterprise fi nancing,credit enhancement,market development,and serves the country and the overall development of foreign trade.
