企业的经济管理能力决定着企业的发展前景,影响着企业的发展方向,在竞争激烈的市场经济环境中企业若想持久发展,拥有广阔的发展空间,需要高层及时准确地进行决策,制定适合时代发展的经营理念和长远的发展规划。在市场经济不断变幻的新形势下,企业管理必须在符合客观条件的基础上不断创新,注入新鲜的思想和血液,注重求同存异的发展策略,以多元化的发展形势迎接市场经济的挑战。本文着重阐释新形势下企业经济管理如何规划和开展创新之路。

The economic management capability of an enterprise determines its development prospect and aff ects its development direction.In the highly competitive market economy,if an enterprise intends to develop permanently and has broad development space,timely and accurate decisions are need to the high level,and business philosophy suitable for the development of the times and long-term development planning need to be adopted.Under the new era that the market economy changes constantly,the management of enterprises must constantly innovate on the basis of meeting the objective conditions,inject fresh ideas and blood,pay attention to the development strategies by seeking common grounds while reserving diff erences,and meet the challenges of the market economy with a diversifi ed development situation.This paper focuses on how to plan and carry out innovation in enterprise economic management under the new situation.
