基于倾斜摄影测量的石林站铁路沿线三维实景模型构建应用 被引量:7

APPLICATION OF 3D REALISTIC MODEL CONSTRUCTION ALONG THE RAILWAY LINE OF SHILIN STATION BASED ON OBLIQUE PHOTOGRAMMETRY

摘要 不动产测绘工作量占比整个不动产登记发证大半工作。传统测绘技术虽很成熟,但工作进展速度慢、人工成本高。倾斜摄影测量可以在提高效率的同时节约成本。选择位于云南省昆明市石林彝族自治县的石林站及铁路线为实验研究对象,采用倾斜摄影测量技术对测区进行野外数据采集,针对倾斜摄影三维建模。首先克服地形复杂和运营火车情况采集实验区倾斜影像数据,然后尝试使用Context Capture Master系统完成空三加密,并实现三维实景建模,最后通过对三维场景模型的数据成果进行检查分析表明,高程中误差为±0.12 m、平均点位中误差±0.038 m,倾斜摄影测量成果精度可以满足不动产权地籍调查的点位误差不超过5 cm精度要求。 Real estate surveying and mapping workloads account for the majority of the entire real estate registration and licensing work. Traditional surveying and mapping techniques are sophisticated but slow and costly in terms of labour. Inclined photogrammetry can save costs while improving efficiency. The experimental study of the Shilin station and railway line in Shilin Yi Autonomous County, Kunming, Yunnan Province, was selected to use tilt photogrammetry for field data collection of the survey area and for tilt photographic 3 D modelling. Firstly, the tilt image data of the experimental area was collected to overcome the complex terrain and operating train situation, and then an attempt was made to use the Context Capture Master system to complete the air-triple encryption and realise the 3 D real scene modelling, and finally the data results of the 3 D scene model were checked and analysed to show that the medium error of elevation was ±0.12 m, the medium error of average point position was ±0.038 m, and the accuracy of the tilt The accuracy of the photogrammetry results can meet the requirements of the cadastral survey of real estate rights with an accuracy of no more than 5 cm.
