摘要
球虫病是由球虫引起的一种发病率高、致死率低、显著影响动物生长,对畜牧业危害最严重的寄生虫病之一。建立高效的球虫检测方法对防控球虫病具有重要意义。为改善传统诊断方法的局限性,目前基于核酸的新兴诊断技术正在发展。论文综述了国内外球虫分子生物学检测方法的研究进展,分析了各种技术的优点和问题,展望了球虫分子生物学技术的应用前景和发展趋势,以期为球虫检测研究和应用提供参考。
Coccidiosis caused by coccidia,is one of the most serious parasitic diseases endangering animal husbandry.The mortality may not be heavy,but the morbidity may retard growth significantly.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish effective methods to detect agents.Currently,emerging diagnostic methods based on nucleic acids have being developed to overcome the limitations associated with the traditional methods.This paper discussed the advantages and the problems of these molecular methods and made a forecast on the tendency.In order to provide reference for coccidia detection,molecular biology methods developed were summarized in the review.
