基于对消方法的变频装置试验平台

摘要 本文提出了一种变频装置对消的试验平台,属于逆变模块测试技术领域,特别是涉及一种逆变模块试验平台,以两台H桥逆变模块为例,分析设计了对消方法,建立电压电流的基波数学模型,并完成主要电气参数电感值的计算。介绍了基于该方法搭建的变频装置试验平台的组成。采用两组逆变模块对消的方式,在中间电感配置固定的情况下,可以通过调节调制比和移相角的方法灵活控制输出电压和输出电流,两组逆变模块的功率因数的绝对值较高,电能从一台逆变模块流经另一台逆变模块,在直流侧完成回馈,直流侧输入电流仅几安培,从而节省了电能消耗。构建Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,搭建实物试验平台。仿真分析和试验结果验证了以该变频装置对消试验方法的正确性。 This paper proposes a test platform of frequency conversion devices based on cancellation principle, which belongs to the testing technology field of inverter module, especially involving an inverter module test platform. Firstly, taking the dual-H-bridge inverter module as an example, the cancellation method is analyzed and designed, the fundamental wave mathematical model of voltage and current is established, and the main electrical parameters of inductances are calculated. Then, the paper introduces the composition of the test platform of frequency conversion device built based on this method. It is found that output voltage and output current can flexibly be controlled by adjusting the modulation ratio and the method of phase-shifting Angle for the cancellation way of two groups of the inverter modules with fixed inductor configuration in the middle, and that high absolute value of the power factor of two groups of the inverter modules is obtained. It also presents that, input current at DC side is only a few amps, along with the electric power going through one inverter module to another and completing fee dback at DC side.Finally, the paper presents a Matlab/Simulink simulation model and test platform. The simulation analyses and test results verify the correctness of the cancellation method.
