基于CFD流场分析的直角烟道优化研究

摘要 本文针对某火电厂燃煤锅炉机组的脱硫、超低排改造后,出现的烟道内部流动阻力过大,直角弯道导流板破损的情况,对空预器入口的烟道的导流板阻力特性进行研究。首先,通过理论分析烟道流动阻力的规律及烟道流动阻力的计算方法。其次,针对目标烟道段进行优化设计,通过对比不同设计方案的导流板应力应变情况,得出一种较优的直角烟道优化方案,对同类型烟道系统的优化改造提供了一定的指导和借鉴。 In view of the excessive flow resistance in the flue and the damage of the deflector in the right angle bend after the desulfurization and ultra-low emission transformation of a coal-fired boiler unit in a thermal power plant,the resistance characteristics of the deflector in the flue at the inlet of the air preheater are studied in this paper.First,analyze the law of flue flow resistance and the calculation method of flue flow resistance through theory.According to the optimized design of the target flue section,by comparing the resistance reduction effects of different design schemes,a better right-angle flue optimization scheme is obtained,which provides certain guidance and reference for the optimization and transformation of the same type of flue system.
