提高煤制气化循环水水质试验研究

摘要 本试验对气化水工艺进行优化,采用“旁滤”原理,探究了“旁滤”系统中的最佳反应条件和药剂最佳投加量,经过“旁滤”系统处理后水质,硅含量由原来的200mg/L左右降低到30mg/L以下、硬度由原来的1000mg/L左右降低到500mg/L以下,COD由原来的5000mg/L以上降低到1400mg/L以下、氨氮由原来的1000mg/L以上降低到250mg/L以下、pH由原来的6.5左右调整到7~9、悬浮物由原来的8000mg/L左右降低到50mg/L以下。 In this experiment,the gasification water process is optimized.and the"side filtration"principle is adopted to explore the best reaction conditions and the best dosage of reagent in the"side filtration"system.After the"side-filtration"system treatment,the silicon content of water quality is reduced from the original about 200mg/L to less than 30mg/L,and the hardness is reduced from the original about 1000mg/L to less than 500mg/L.COD decreased from above 5,000 mg/L to less than 1400mg/L,ammonia nitrogen decreased from above 1,000 mg/L to less than 250mg/L,pH adjusted from about 6.5 to 7~9,suspended solids decreased from about 8,000 mg/L to less than 50mg/L.
