网格化管理下城市社区治理问题研究

Research on Urban Community Governance under Grid Management

社区网格化管理是改进传统粗放治理方式的突破点,也是加强基层社区建设、提升服务水平、反恐维稳的重要手段。通过实地走访,了解回归社区网格管理的本身要求及作用,本文对网格化管理出现的突出问题进行剖析,结合新时代城市治理的要求进行具体的反思及优化,建立多元的具有人文主义和创新活力的基层社会治理模式,实现进一步构建共建、共治、共享的社会治理格局,实现治理能力现代化。

Community grid management is not only a breakthrough point to improve the traditional extensive governance,but also an important means to strengthen the construction of grass-roots communities,improve service levels,counter-terrorism and maintain stability.Through field visits,return to the requirements and functions of community grid management.This paper analyzes the prominent problems of grid management,makes specific reflection and optimization in combination with the requirements of urban governance in the new era,establishes a diversified grass-roots social governance model with humanism and innovative vitality,further constructs a social governance pattern of co construction,co governance and sharing,and realizes the modernization of governance ability.
