一种装备试验综合支持系统设计

摘要 针对装备试验工作中存在的试验设计效率低、试验节点管控难、数据采集手段少、分析评估难度大等难题,结合装备试验工作流程及特点,综合应用基于案例的知识推送技术、LTE技术、基于RTK北斗定位技术、嵌入式技术、多算法评估技术等,研究设计了一种装备试验综合支持系统。构建了"五层两系"的系统总体架构,阐述了系统总体设计及其应用流程,详细设计了各分系统的功能模块,分析了各分系统实现的技术路径。该支持系统集试验任务辅助设计、试验任务管理、装备多源数据采集与实时传输、试验数据态势实时显示与管控、多算法综合分析评估等多种功能于一体,可为装备试验提供全过程的支持,并已应用于某型舟桥装备试验任务,应用效果良好,也为其他装备试验工作开展提供了参考与借鉴。 On the basis of the workflow and characteristics of equipment tests and integrated application of case-based knowledge push technology,LTE technology,RTK-based Beidou positioning technology,embedded technology and multi-algorithm comprehensive analysis and evaluation technology,an integrated supporting system for equipment test is designed and developed to solve problems existing in equipment tests,including low efficient design of tests,difficult control of test nodes,insufficient means of data collection and difficulty in analysis and evaluation. An overall framework consisting of ′ five layers and two systems′ is established,the overall design and its application process are illustrated,the function modules of each subsystem are designed in details,and the technical paths to implement each subsystem are analyzed. Multiple functions are integrated in the supporting system,including test-related aided designs,test task management,multi-source data collection and real-time transmission of equipment,real-time display and control of test data situation,and multi-algorithm comprehensive analysis and evaluation. The supporting system can provide full-process support for equipment test. It has been applied to a certain type of pontoon bridge test with a good application effect,which provides a reference for the implementation of other equipment tests.
