摘要
为确保河南五岳抽水蓄能电站工程锚杆无损检测质量,特开展锚杆模拟试验专题研究。模拟试验内容包括模拟锚杆制作、现场无损检测和剖杆验证。通过模拟试验确定了工程锚杆无损检测仪的最佳参数设置、检测精度和检测有效范围,确定了本工程锚杆的杆体波速、杆系波速以及进行无损检测的最佳时机。模拟试验结果可直接指导本工程锚杆检测、资料处理、缺陷分析、锚固饱满度评判以及检测结果的综合评定并可为类似工程提供参考。
In order to ensure the quality of non-destructive testing of bolts in Wuyue pumped storage power station,a special study on bolt simulation experiment is carried out.The simulation experiment includes the simulation of bolt manufacture,on-site nondestructive testing and cutting rod verification.Through the simulation test,the optimal parameter setting,detection accuracy and effective detection range of the engineering bolt nondestructive testing instrument are determined,and the bolt body wave velocity,bolt system wave velocity and the optimal time for nondestructive testing are confirmed.The simulation test results can directly guide the bolt testing,data processing,defect analysis,evaluation of anchorage plumpness and comprehensive evaluation of test results of the project,and can provide reference for similar projects.
