我国农村公共体育服务供给模式与供给内容研究——以苏北农村为例

Research on the Supply Mode and Content of Rural Public Sports Services in China——Take Jiangsu Rural as an Example

提升农村公共体育服务治理能力是基层治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的重要任务之一。以苏北农村地区为例,对农村公共体育服务供给模式和供给内容进行研究。研究表明,当前农村公共体育服务供给模式单一、供给内容与农村居民需求不完全吻合,部分设施存在维护不到位等问题。因此,应构建以农民需求为导向的自下而上的表达机制,加强基层组织管理,提高体育组织的管理与组织活动的能力,增加有效体育供给,加大人才培养力度。

Improving the governance capacity of rural public sports services is one of the important tasks of the modernization of grass-roots governance system and governance capacity. The research shows that the current supply mode of rural public sports services is single,the supply content is not completely consistent with the needs of rural residents,and some facilities are not maintained in the place. Therefore,we should build a bottom-up expression mechanism guided by farmers’ demand,strengthen the management of grass-roots organizations,improve the ability of sports organizations to manage and organize activities,increase effective sports supply and strengthen talent training.
