实验诊断学临床微生物学实习课教学改革与探讨 被引量:3

摘要 实验诊断学中的临床微生物学实习课是大多数医学生了解临床微生物学的起点。近年来,随着抗菌药物耐药率增长、多重耐药菌发生率升高等问题,临床微生物学实验诊断的重要性日趋上升。因此,让临床医学生在实习阶段有限时间内深入全面了解临床微生物学实验诊断知识尤为必要。教学组打破原有实习课授课模式,引入以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based Learning,PBL),以病例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)及现场实物教学,并在实习中,融入"微生物发展简史" "抗疫故事"等思政内容。临床微生物学实习课教学改革训练了学生由理论知识到临床实践技能、临床思维能力的培养,引导学生自主学习、勤于思考、树立正确的人生观和价值观及作为医者的时代使命和责任担当。 The clinical microbiology practice course in laboratory diagnostics is the starting point for most medical students to understand clinical microbiology.In recent years,with the increase in the rate of clinical microbial antimicrobial resistance and the increase in the incidence of multi-drug resistant bacteria,the importance of clinical microbial laboratory diagnosis has increased.Therefore,it is particularly necessary for clinical medical students to have a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding of clinical microbiological laboratory diagnosis knowledge during the limited period of internship.The teaching team broke the original teaching mode of internships and introduced problem-based teaching methods(problem-based Learning,PBL),case-based learning(CBL)and on-site physical teaching,and incorporate ideological and political content such as “a brief history of microbial development” and “anti-epidemic stories” during the internship.Through the teaching reform of clinical microbiology practice courses,students have strengthened their mastery of theoretical knowledge,cultivated their independent learning and clinical thinking abilities,and guided students to establish correct outlook on life and values,as well as the mission and responsibility of the times as a doctor.
