摘要
在我国经济建设过程中,建筑行业出现很多新的相关管理模式,为提升工程建设质量和效益,EPC项目承包模式为国家推广并贯彻落实的承包管理模式,现已经发展越来成熟,被大部分建筑企业所接受。然而,当下发现建筑企业没有合理应用合同管理。管理人员没有发挥合同管理对项目的监管作用,会为工程项目质量埋下不少的隐患。下面将介绍EPC项目管理中合同管理的内容,以及合同管理在EPC项目管理方面的优化措施。
In the process of economic construction in my country,many new related management models have emerged in the construction industry.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of project construction,the EPC project contracting model is a contracting management model promoted and implemented by the country.Accepted by most construction companies.However,it is found that construction companies are not applying contract management in a reasonable manner.The management staff did not play the role of contract management to supervise the project,which would bury a lot of hidden dangers for the quality of the project.The following will introduce the content of contract management in EPC project management,and then introduce the optimization measures of contract management in EPC project management.
