浅析建筑设计总承包项目的管理模式

Analysis on Management Mode of General Contracting Project of Architectural Design

近年来我国建筑设计行业竞争越来越激烈,传统的设计管理体制难以适应新时期工程建设要求。当前应注重积极转变过去传统的设计理念与设计意识,基于项目特点设定相应的设计管理体制。以新店中学初中部扩建项目为例,对建筑设计总包项目的管理模式进行分析,明确设计管理思路与方法,旨在提升建筑设计管理成效。

In recent years,the competition in my country’s architectural design industry has become increasingly fierce,and the traditional design management system is difficult to adapt to the requirements of engineering construction in the new era.At present,attention should be paid to actively transforming the traditional design concepts and design consciousness in the past,and the corresponding design management system should be set based on the characteristics of the project.This article takes the expansion project of the junior high school of Xindian Middle School as an example,analyzes the management mode of the architectural design general contract project,clarifies the design management ideas and methods,and aims to improve the effectiveness of architectural design management.
