弹性体防水卷材雨季施工方法的应用

Application of Construction Method of Elastomer Waterproof Coiled Material in Rainy Season

目前许多地区雨季施工时,弹性体(SBS)防水卷材采用热熔法施工与水泥砂浆基层结合不牢固,为降低天气影响、减少等待时间、并确保卷材不脱落(尤其是在浇筑过程中发生脱落),采用了普通的弹性体卷材作为辅助卷材,用水泥钉、金属压条的方式将辅助卷材固定于防水基层上,再将外墙正式卷材采用热熔的方式与辅助卷材融合以增强卷材与基层的粘接度。

In rainy season,the styrenic block copolymers(SBS)constructed by hot-melting method is not firmly combined with the cement mortar base.In order to reduce the weather impact,reduce the waiting time and ensure that the coiled material does not fall off(especially during the concrete pouring),SBS is used as the auxiliary coiled material,which is fixed on the waterproof base layer by means of cement nails and metal strips.Then,the formal coiled material of the outer wall is fused with the auxiliary coiled material by hot-melting to enhance the adhesion between the coiled material and the base layer.
