摘要
提出一种具有高承载力和稳定性的大跨度连续拱形模架体系,其通过可调节角度龙骨及旋转底托支撑体系实现“以直代曲”,以提高支撑架刚度减少浇筑期间弹性变形,以先浇筑隔墙并留出墙拱结合段整体现浇实现平衡拱形混凝土湿重的水平推力。通过对该模架体系进行理论分析、仿真计算及预压试验,验证了其安全性、适用性和可行性,并对实际浇筑过程中模架的变形和主要构件的应力变化情况进行了监测。其应用成功地解决了高铁成都天府国际机场站连续拱形框架结构超厚混凝土拱体施工的系列重难点。
A long-span continuous arch formwork system with high bearing capacity and stability is proposed.It realizes"replace curve by straight line"by adjustable angle keel and revolving base brace system,so as to improve the rigidity of the bracket and reduce the elastic deformation during pouring.It balances horizontal force of wet weight of arch concrete by pouring the partition wall first,and leaving out the wall-arch joint section as a whole.Through theoretical analysis,simulation calculation and preloading test,the safety,applicability and feasibility of the formwork system are verified,and the deformation of the formwork and the changes of stress of the main components are monitored during the actual pouring process.Its application has successfully solved a series of difficulties in the construction of double-deck and seven-span continuous super-thick concrete arch in Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Station Project.
