装配式桥梁预制墩柱高精度生产及精度控制技术

High Precision production and Precision Control Technology of prefabricated Bridge Precast Piers

随着装配式施工技术在国内桥梁逐渐普及,大量PC构件的出现使市政桥梁的施工逐渐走向标准化、规模化和产业化。通过对装配式市政桥梁PC墩柱生产过程中钢筋笼制作精度、灌浆套筒预埋件安装精度和生产方法的研究,提出一种能够提高装配式市政桥梁PC墩柱生产制作精度以及精度控制的方法,能够大幅度提高PC墩柱的生产制作精度和效率,并且能够大幅度提高现场安装定位效率,对PC墩柱的生产和现场安装均有着极大的积极作用,具有较广阔的应用前景。

With the popularization of urban viaduct assembly construction technology,the emergence of a large number of prefabricated components makes the viaduct construction gradually towards factory,standardization,modularization and large-scale.The paper puts forward a high precision production and precision control method of prefabricated bridge precast piers based on the study of the manufacturing accuracy of steel cage,the installation accuracy and production method of embedded parts of grouting sleeve in the production process of prefabricated bridge precast piers,which effectively ensures the production accuracy and high efficiency of precast piers.It has significant practical significance and positive role for production and management of precast piers,and has a broad application prospect.
