摘要
世界机器人大会的永久会址工程为老旧厂房改造项目,在展览中心南区5.000 m标高处新增混凝土夹层,结构板尺寸208 m×24 m,板下为斜向混凝土格梁结构,经过设计研究、计算及专家论证,对传统跳仓法进行改进,采用“短停、快跳”施工技术,进行地上超长混凝土浇筑,即分仓+膨胀加强带+高性能补偿收缩混凝土。结果表明,仓块之间混凝土间隔时间满足普通混凝土施工缝浇筑要求,即可达进行连续浇筑。
The permanent site project of the World Robotics Congress is an old factory renovation project.A new concrete interlayer is added at the elevation of 5.00m in the south area of the exhibition center,with the structural plate size of 208m×24m,under the slab is inclined concrete lattice beam structure.After design research,calculation and expert argumentation,the traditional skip BIN method is improved,and the"short stop,fast jump"construction technology is adopted,super long concrete pouring on the ground.That is,sub warehouse+expansion reinforcing belt+high performance shrinkage compensating concrete.The results show the concrete interval between the warehouse blocks can meet the requirements of ordinary concrete construction joint pouring,that is,continuous pouring can be carried out.
