底座板是无砟轨道板(CRTSⅠ/Ⅱ/Ⅲ型)的支承基础和结构单元,近年广泛采用现场浇筑施工工艺,并利用简易工装或传统混凝土整平设备来控制底座板顶面标高和平整度,但存在标高精度低、不能连续整平通过及效率低等缺陷。为解决以上缺陷,特研制一种改进新型通用型无砟轨道底座板混凝土整平设备,该设备集设备走行、混凝土推平布料、振捣、塑型、抹面等多功能于一体,节省人力,工效高,且混凝土平整度、标高精度、密实度整体一次到位,可自带电源,具备遥控操作。能够大大降低工程成本。通过工地现场实际使用,工作效率高,效果好。
