摘要
为了探究BIM技术在绿色建筑全生命周期中的应用,先阐述BIM技术的作用,发现该项技术可以提供性能模拟与分析参数,高性价比地完成项目决策,优化工作效率。因此建议在今后工作中,应该在决策期间、施工期间、合规性检查期间,充分利用BIM技术,结合所在区域具体特点,构建绿色施工总体框架,进行三维碰撞检查,提升施工过程中的安全性。
In order to explore the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of green buildings,the author first expounds the role of BIM technology,and finds that the technology can provide performance simulation and analysis parameters,costeffective to complete the project decision,optimize the work efficiency.Therefore,the author suggests that in future work,BIM technology should be fully utilized during decision-making period,construction period and compliance inspection period,combined with the specific characteristics of the region,to build the overall framework of green construction,carry out THREE-DIMENSIONAL collision inspection,and improve the safety in the construction process.
