分析了某电厂5B一次风机振动两次跳变故障处理过程,对热工测量经常出现的信号跳变问题进行了探讨,总结了故障处理经验,并提出了改进防范措施,为同类故障处理提供参考。

Analysis is carried out on the fault treatment process of twice vibration-caused trips of 5B primary air fan in a power plant as well as on the signal trip problems often occurred in thermal measurement,based on which the fault treatment experience is summarized and the improvement and preventive measures are put forward so as to offer reference for the treatment of similar faults.
