经济新常态的发展过程中,新基建基础设施应运而生。智慧交通在交通运输发展中具有重要的地位。因此,文中从智慧交通发展现状出发,进一步探究新基建环境下智慧交通规划设计和新基建环境下智慧交通规划建设发展趋势,旨在为构建服务双循环新格局的智慧交通提供参考依据。

In the development of the new normal economy,new infrastructure came into being.Intelligent transportation plays an important role in the development of transportation.Therefore,starting from the current situation of intelligent transportation development,this paper further explores the planning and design of intelligent transportation under the new infrastructure environment and the development trend of intelligent transportation planning and construction under the new infrastructure environment,in order to provide reference basis for building intelligent transportation with a new pattern of service double cycle.
