10kV配电网调度一键化许可系统研制

摘要 随着电网规模不断膨胀,电网检修维护工作日益增加,调度相关业务量日趋增长,逐渐逼近调度部门承载极限。同时,传统的工作票电话许可终结的方式显然已经无法满足电网不断发展的需求,那么研发出一种新型调度许可指令传达方式,在保障工作正确之余,能够提高工作票的许可和终结效率。文中通过研发基于配网调控管理系统(GOMS)的网络化工作票许可终结模式,提高日常工作效率。 With the continuous expansion of power grid scale,the maintenance work of power grid is increasing day by day,and the traffic related to dispatching is increasing day by day,gradually approaching the bearing limit of dispatching department.At the same time,the traditional way of work ticket telephone license termination obviously can not meet the needs of the continuous development of power grid,so a new dispatching license instruction transmission method is developed,which can improve the license and termination efficiency of work ticket while ensuring the correctness of work.In this paper,through the development of network chemical work permit termination mode based on distribution network regulation and management system(GOMS),the daily work efficiency is improved.
