摘要
航空技术作为我国高尖端技术领域的重要组成部分,它对航空发动机转子的装配精度有着极高的要求。基于此,文章对一种利用SPS系统计算机来测量计算转子最优装配方案的技术——预测堆叠技术原理进行分析阐述,并对预测堆叠技术的具体应用情况进行分析。希望通过此文,可以使航空技术部门总结SPS系统的先进理论经验,能够有效转子类零部件的装配精度,减少发动机转子的跳动值,提升改进航空发动机的制造工艺。
As an important part of Chinese high cutting-edge technology field,aviation technology has high requirements for the assembly accuracy of aeroengine rotor.Based on this,this paper analyzes and expounds the principle of predictive stacking technology,which uses SPS system computer to measure and calculate the optimal assembly scheme of rotor,and analyzes the specific application of predictive stacking technology.It is hoped that through this paper,the aviation technology department can summarize the advanced theoretical experience of SPS system,effectively improve the assembly accuracy of rotor parts,reduce the runout value of engine rotor,and improve the manufacturing process of aeroengine.
