近年来,我国建筑发展速度加快工程施工过程中逐渐出现了一些问题由于施工质量将直接影响施工应用程序的可持续性和安全性,施工企业必须更加重视质量管理。但是,住房建设总承包人场地的质量控制仍然存在许多问题,不能保证场地质量控制的有效性,这将对住房建设的质量和发展产生不利影响。应采用更科学和更合理的监理模式进行实地质量管理。文章分析探讨了建筑建设监理的现场质量管理。

In recent years,Chinese construction development has accelerated,and some problems have gradually appeared in the process of engineering construction.Because the construction quality will directly affect the sustainability and safety of construction applications,construction enterprises must pay more attention to quality management.However,there are still many problems in the site quality control of the general contractor of housing construction,which can not guarantee the effectiveness of the site quality control,which will have an adverse impact on the quality and development of housing construction.A more scientific and reasonable supervision mode should be adopted for on-site quality management.This paper analyzes and discusses the on-site quality management of construction supervision.
